How does the free trial work?
Your 30-day free trial starts as soon as you register — you can use the whole product right away, with no card required. When it ends, subscribe to a plan to keep going. Your data stays safe and is available the moment you subscribe.
What currency will I be charged in?
Transsoo bills you in your local currency based on your company's timezone (for example SGD, MYR, INR, EUR or GBP), and shows the exact amount before you subscribe. If a local price isn't set up for your region, USD is used.
Can I invite my team?
Yes. Invite colleagues with admin or user roles. Admins get the full dashboard and settings; users focus on day-to-day trip entry. The Pro and Business plans support unlimited users.
Is my data secure?
Each company's data is isolated, key actions are recorded in an audit log, and sessions log out automatically after inactivity. Card details are handled entirely on our payment provider's hosted pages — they never touch our servers.
Can I cancel anytime?
